BASIC RENTAL: $1,500

There is a $350 Set Up & Clean Up fee with this rental. You can do these yourself & save the money or we can do it for you. There is also a fee for security. You will need two Police Officers at $125 each.
SUNRISE RENTAL: $2,495
Includes: Tables, Chairs, Table Linens, 2 Security Officers, Set-up, and Clean-up
CLASSIC RENTAL: $3,195
Includes: Tables, Chairs, Upgrade Table Linens, Upgrade Chair Covers, 2 Security Officers, Silk Centerpieces, Set-up, Clean-up.
We are a full service facility. Catering menu available. Pavilion on the Bayou requires a $300.00 Security Deposit.
To secure your date is $700.00 down & the balance must be paid thirty (30) days prior to your event.
The down payment is non-refundable.
Pavilion on the Bayou is shown by appointment only.
Additional Hall Information:
We give a 25% discount on all Printed Wedding Invitations from Birchcraft & Carlsoncraft. These invitations must be ordered from our printing department, and can only be from these two vendors.
We give a 15% discount on all Party Boy store items, including rental items that could be used during your function in the Hall. You can not use this discount for items that are not related to your function.
Party Boy rents Tuxedos, in The Costume Shop, at discounted prices. It makes it much more convenient for your wedding party to pick up and return the Tuxedos from the same location. Tuxedos can be turned in the night of the function, saving people an extra trip.
The Pavilion on the Bayou can arrange for all your catering needs or you can bring in your own caterer. For us to arrange for your caterer, all you have to do is tell us how many people are coming, what type of food you are thinking about, and we will get you a proposed menu with prices.
